Hello to all from Max. Hope you are well this Holiday Season. This is a series of photos of my human friend, Emilia, and canine friend, Lola. Emilia is six years old as you may recall. She is responsible for feeding Lola every day. You can see by her smile that she loves dogs, especially Lola. First, she mixes the dry kibble with some wet food. Secondly, she places the bowls in the feeder and gently pets Lola. Lola happens to prefer love over food, so she needs attention before chowing down. Then, Emilia can't resist giving Lola a hug. Lola has been trained to be calm and accept human intervention while she is eating. She doesn't growl, and is very gentle with children. Lastly, Emilia puts the food away and cleans the counter. All of you human parents who think a six year old isn't mature enough to take care of a dog, meet Emilia and the well trained, Lola. These photos were taken several months ago. Lola has since become pregnant and delivered three amazing puppies. They were born on December, 17, 2008.
