Greetings to all humans from Max.

I am the main character in the book Max, City Dog...a children's chapter book written in first dog. I'm an Aussie pup born in Tampa, Fl. at Bobbie's Top Quality Aussie's. All my sisters were gifted with the "perfect" Aussie show dog gene. I was missing the "coordination" gene and the "perfect" Aussie show dog gene. Whew.

My story is great for humans to read to their dogs. Love, acceptance, coping skills and self esteem are themes that prevail in my story...as I am mistakingly sent to Boston as Maxine...a girl doggie...Of course, I am a boy doggie. Anyhow, Patty and Andrew Maxwell take me in and send me to doggie daycare where I meet two awesome dog friends, Chow Chow and Peppy.

I will devote this blog to sharing with you funny stories, helpful information for kids, teachers and dog lovers through my canine trials and tribulations, and accomplishments.
